Everything DiSC Workplace^® Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and invaluable tools for facilitating Everything DiSC^®. Designed with your busy schedules in mind, this online course allows you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live, virtual classroom sessions led by our expert trainers.

With a primary purpose to increase confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace, this course offers rigorous content on the principles of the DiSC^® model and the supporting research. During the live sessions, you’ll practice facilitating with small groups and explore challenging scenarios that could arise in your workshops. You will also learn how to keep Everything DiSC alive in your organization by customizing an Everything DiSC workshop for a specific group you’ll be working with, creating a culture of DiSC, and be introduced to MyEverythingDiSC, our mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.  Access to The Everything DiSC Facilitator Kit is required (available for purchase via our online store).

If you are a SHRM certified professional, Everything DiSC Workplace Certification – 15 PDCs

Blended In-person Certification: online coursework, culminating in two days of practical application in the live classroom at our Wiley education center in Minneapolis, MN.
Facilitated by Wiley trainers, learners will build confidence and competence in delivering Everything DiSC Workplace through:

• Gaining expertise in the Everything DiSC model and supporting research.
• Demonstrating the ability to use the Everything DiSC Workplace reports.
• Customizing the Everything DiSC Workplace program to meet specific participant needs.
• Navigating challenging scenarios that could arise during a workshop or coaching session.
• Creating strategies to promote a DiSC®-based culture.
• Exploring MyEverythingDiSC®, a mobile-friendly, interactive learning portal that is exclusive to Everything DiSC.
